DESCRIPTION
WG240128B is a 240 x 128 graphic LCD module which is having the module dimension 144x104 mm and AA size of 107.98x57.58 mm, diagonal size 4.8 inch. This 240x128 graphic LCD module is built in with RA6963 controller and negative voltage built in on module. It supports 8080 8-bit parallel interface and 5V power supply, this module is temperature compensation optional, and touch panel optional. WG240128B module can be operating at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃.
